I am in complete disgust with how we were treated today (October 26, 2025). The appointment was for 12 pm. They told me at 1150 they were running late and would see me at 1230. When we got there at 1230, we had to wait another 20 mins. I asked if the stylist knew how to do black hair. She said yes. It was the worst blow out she has EVER received. last minute changed my mind about getting my hair done for my wedding and I’m so glad I did! I got an uptini with the wash and it was such a great experience- held all day and looked great in pics!

Love it here!! I had never tried Drybar until this location recently offered a promo on instagram (the “name game” - check it out) where they offered free blowouts to anyone who had 1 of 2 names - perks of being an Ashley 🤣 I had multiple events this month, so I used that free blowout as a “test run” and really loved my service! Terrible No wonder it’s empty on a Saturday afternoon Over dried my hair and blew dry my hair for a side part and I clearly came in with a middle part Now the sides will not match Wanted body, flat as a board and limp They don’t let you see until it’s too late, they keep the mirror behind you so you can’t correct them until it’s too late
