This place is awesome!
Had a great experience. Staff was friendly and punctual, and the service was amazing.
What I asked for v what I got. While I realize my texture and volume is different from the model… still….i look like Shirley temples backwater cousin. The asymmetry 🤦🏻♀️ Stylist was lovely but didn’t deliver. Also the receptionist was an absolute b. 0/10.
Blowouts are fine, customer service needs improvement. Whoever is supposed to be running the front desk at this location is out to lunch. No one ever answers the phone and when they do, you are put on hold indefinitely or given attitude. I don’t know what going on behind the scenes, but I have never seen this place busy enough to the point where answering a phone could be considered a Herculean task. The staff here is so great and managers really care about their clients. I had a little miscommunication when booking my appointment but the manager on call, made it right. 10/10 would recommend!
