Should have compared reviews to other blow bars nearby! This was the worst blow out I have ever gotten! Been getting blow outs for the past 12 years and had some not good ones in the past but this place takes the cake! By the time she was “done” with my hair my hair was still damp throughout, and my hair looked like it had been air dryed rather than dryed with a brush! And they still made me pay full price for the service!

I wouldn’t recommend this location, the stylists are probably new and one of them was a little rude to me for asking why I couldn’t get an updo. My appt was at 11am and I showed up at 10:30, my girl started on me at 10:40 and gave me the Look Book to ask what I wanted. I said I wanted an updo for a wedding (which was in the Look Book), she walked away and grabbed another stylist (who I won’t name bc I don’t want her to get in trouble but you know who you are lol) and she told me they couldn’t do an updo, sorry! Really love this place! Their newer receptionist is so nice and sweet and very attentive. She’s been a great addition to the team! She just so kind and really tries to accommodate the guest and even remember your name.

This was hands down the worst blowout I’ve ever had. My hair looked awful — flat, frizzy, and nothing like what I asked for. I called three times to speak with a manager and was told every single time that someone would call me back. Guess what? No one ever did. For the prices Dry Bar charges, this kind of service is completely unacceptable. It’s honestly ridiculous to treat paying customers like this. Save yourself the frustration and go somewhere that actually cares about the quality of their work and their clients.
