I love going to get my hair done for special occasions. Taja is amazing, and her blow dries last so long!
Edit: I was contacted by the manager and was given a full refund for the service. She seemed genuinely interested in making sure this didn’t happen to anyone else, which I really appreciate. I had booked an appointment for a dry style and showed up with clean, dry hair. I had Claudia, and she tried to wash my hair at the start of the service but I reminded her I was a dry style only at this point. I asked for the cosmo-tai style. I’ve been coming to Drybar Palm Beach Gardens for over a year, and the service continues to disappoint. Appointments are always late—yesterday I wasn’t taken back until 3:45 for a 3:30 slot. I booked a simple ponytail with a braid (something I’ve done here before as a “dry-style” for $35), and suddenly they tried to charge me $99—for a ponytail!
