We had a water leak from an HVAC unit. Mike responded very quickly/same day. Expertly assessed the problem and recommended immediate measures to limit the damage. Same day mitigation measures were taken. Mike supervised the efforts personally. Job was done completely to our satisfaction. Mike easily reachable for questions. He’s a great resource for other measures to help. We cannot rate him higher enough. We would definitely use him again.
Mike showed up on a Saturday less than two hours after I called in a panic after finding a wet spot in my daughters closet! He was honest, funny, helpful, and made me feel so much better with the whole water damage stressful homeowner life!! Completely reasonable prices and also has contacts for other around the house needs. Hoping not to have to use him again, but know that living in Texas we will and happy to have his contact!
