Our driver arrived at Dry Systems Technologies on December 2, 2025, for a scheduled pickup arranged by Uber Freight. Upon arrival, we were informed that the wrong equipment had been ordered — a flatbed was dispatched, but a dry van was required. A TONU (Truck Ordered Not Used) was issued the same day due to this mistake. It has now been over 90 days, and the $150 TONU remains unpaid.
