Terrible customer service. I had two storage units that I signed separate contracts for. I revived no notification for the first contract expiration date. Two weeks later, when I was notified by the expiration by a lock on the door of the atorage unit, I was told to remove my item and that he would no longer rent me that unit instead of allowing me pay the late fees and rent out another year.
