We recently had the pleasure of working with Bryan and Kristen at Dry Patrol of Central Ohio for a full remediation and cleanup of a building that had been severely vandalized. They were life savers! Terrible experience!!! I scheduled someone to come out and inspect my mold issues in my attic. Took the day off was told they would be here between the hours of 1 and 2pm. They never showed! Wasted my time! Don’t trust this company! Called and asked to talk to the boss and was told he doesn’t take phone calls.
We had an awesome experience with Dry Patrol! Jake and Dalton had great communication, arrived in a timely manner, and were very clean with all their work! They left the house clean at the end of the day. The basement smells so much better now that the mold has been removed!

Jake and Dalton did an amazing job on our air duct and vent cleaning! They got right to work and everything was taken care of in a timely manner. The house never smelled so clean! Both gentlemen were professional and took the time to explain the process for the cleaning as well as used kid-friendly terms for my children to understand. When the time comes to clean the ducts and vents again we will be giving these two a call!
