I’ve been dealing with water in my basement and discovered it was coming in through the foundation and brick. After a quick Google search, I found Dry Otter’s excellent reviews and decided to give them a call. Mike was able to stop by quickly, and I was really impressed with his knowledge and thoroughness. He explained everything clearly and gave great suggestions on how to improve water drainage around the house. I’m looking forward to working with Mike and the team at Dry Otter!
Last year we had 6 inches of water in our basement after torrential downpours. We had Dry Otter put in a trench drain and sump pump in our lower garage early this spring and we couldn't be happier. It has prevented any water in our basement this year, and we have had 3 separate downpours that had the pump working overtime! Thank you!
