Unfortunately, this was the first time we used this company to clean our carpets and were extremely disappointed. We have never used a company where the water wasn't extracted from the carpet. When the carpet was wet, (so wet, that it took the carpet 2 days to dry) the carpet appeared to be clean but since the water wasn't extracted, the dirt is now coming back up to the surface and the rugs are worse than before. I used them because I had a coupon that came in the ValuPAK. Carpet looked nice when it was wet. But once it dried, you could still see the stains... disappointed but I guess you get what you pay for.
