I would highly recommend Dry Master Restorations for any home related services you may need. I had concerns that there may be a mold problem in my basement but every mold expert was charging hundreds of dollars just to do an initial assessment! If you looking for a reliable company I recommend Dry Masters I first called pump work they came and told me that my problem would coast me witch I could not afford didn't no what I was going to do I lucked up and called Dry Masters they came in saw they problem i then told them I have insurance but I don't think it covered I then was told don't worry if not they will work with me and behold they did just that I was amazed why would they look out for me and was given a discount A company that cares Thank You Dry Masters Five... read more
Expensive and not recommended. I had good expectations, but in the end they were not amazing. Mold remediation part of the job was way too expensive and they were not responsive to mulitple queries from my insurance company. Stay away from using them for the rebuild and restore portion that follows; contractor workmanship and especially painting is low quality.
Expensive. I had good expectations, but in the end they were okay and not amazing. Mold remediation part of the job seemed fine, the invoice was pretty high. Would use someone else next time to handle the rebuild and restore portion that follows though.
The job was done thoroughly and professionally with a minimum cost. David was very patient and knowledgeable during our first meet, went through every details with us and made sure that we get what we want to be done. Also, Matt and his teammate were very professional and effective during the remediation, things got done perfectly and they answered all my concerns during the process.
