This place is the worst to live here my family is getting harassed because my grandma use to live here and she died so now the office is charging out of my sister butt for her trailer and now there saying my grandpa can’t feed the cats but ive seen people living here feeding the cat why harasses my family
the lot rent of $525 that gets increase every 3 months without notice. Plus the insurance that if you don't keep they threaten to evict you. And let's talk about the rules. Don't you dare have a scrap of trash near your yard you will get a letter(also "management" will enter your yard at will to make sure your living to their non HOA standards). Bought a trailer recently from my friends. Shelley the office manager made the process smooth and easy even though I was in a time crunch. She didn’t get annoyed and was very thoughtful the whole time and even stayed late to accommodate me. The updates on the trailer park in the last year is also insane. They are truly doing everything to make the park nice again!!
