I want to visit my family because I have nowhere to park my car and if you don’t park in the driveway, your car will get towed even after an hour of being there. They really should have some visitor parking where you’re allowed to have people come over even overnight, but they don’t. They say you can park at the office, but you’re not allowed to leave the car there overnight so don’t think about having family visit from out of town if they don’t want their car to be towed.

This place is the worst to live here my family is getting harassed because my grandma use to live here and she died so now the office is charging out of my sister butt for her trailer and now there saying my grandpa can’t feed the cats but ive seen people living here feeding the cat why harasses my family
the lot rent of $525 that gets increase every 3 months without notice. Plus the insurance that if you don't keep they threaten to evict you. And let's talk about the rules. Don't you dare have a scrap of trash near your yard you will get a letter(also "management" will enter your yard at will to make sure your living to their non HOA standards). If your trailer doesn't not meet these standards they will raise the rent and make living there unbearable don't buy a used trailer there. That's who they are targeting first. Watche... read more
