I use dry force for water mitigation for my Plano home. It has been the WORST experience in service and communication. The team would show up constantly unannounced and in the middle of the night. I called and repeatedly requested prior approval and notification before any tech was allowed into the house. They would still show up randomly and enter my home with no communication, which is a major problem. The customer service was horrendous.
