Dylan came out to do our initial inspection today and was incredibly helpful. He was very forthcoming with information and made sure we clearly understood his findings and what our next steps could be. This company promised to arrive within 60–90 minutes but took several hours to show up. When removing the baseboards, they unnecessarily cut into my walls and removed a few vinyl planks due to moisture, only to later say the planks were dry and didn’t need replacement. Rather than fixing what they’d already removed, they pushed to replace the entire floor — a costly and unnecessary expense. Dylan and Titus were great in a stressful situation. Very careful workers, but also patient and explained everything very clearly. Will definitely use again if needed! Jordan and Sam were the follow up clean up crew and they were great. Very prompt, clean and nice gentlemen.
