We had a minor water leak from our upstairs bathroom about a month ago and Dry Force sent Adam Shortell To take a look at our home. He was very thorough and professional and friendly. He did a great job and thankfully everything is dry! Would highly recommend Dry Force and Adam.

UPDATE For Business: To DryForce; go ahead and check the correspondence between your AR and my insurance and you’ll understand my concerns. Obviously my experience was not a rare occurrence. I have never dealt with a company so unprofessional before. This is the exact reason why I refused to continue the restoration with you. I used Dry Force and then they threw in more cost for me to pay after the job was completed. I wouldn’t recommend using this company. Then threaten to put lien on my home. And spoke the the bill department and she was so unprofessional and raised her voice after just trying to ask questions.
