Jeanne and I are beyond thrilled with Dry First and the outstanding job they did for us when our shopping center was compromised when a main pipe broke. Their motto should be "One call does it ALL!" because that was what happened! I had a terrible experience with this company overall. It started out great, I called and they sent the owner out to assess what was going on. He was very professional and I was impressed. The next three days their guys came and dried out the rooms that had been affected. They also were great. The problem came when it was time for paper work. I told the guys a few times that we were going to do the repairs ourselves, I also let the owner know. No indication was given that this would be an issue. Then, after months of waiting... read more
