We had water in the mechanical room, under the stairs, and part of our living room. Once the leak the leaking was, we realized that some of the floor would need to be removed and the area dried out. Someone recommended Dry Fast, so I called them, and Andrew was at our house within a few hours. When he arrived, he tested all the affected areas and explained everything to me very well. Andrew and his team at DryFast of Lexington were absolutely wonderful, fast and thorough. They saved our soaked attic which was a horrible mess and within a day it was just like new! You will be lucky to hire such a conscientious crew!
After a hard rain flooded our basement on a Sunday, we called Dryfast on Monday and Andrew came out that day to get the water out of our basement. Andrew was very good at communication, which I appreciated so much. He would call or text to keep me updated on the job which made me feel confident and comfortable that it was getting done properly. I have had such bad luck with contractors that it was nice to have one do what they actually said they would do. I would 100% recommend this company and would use them again.
Andrew was incredibly great to work with and made a stressful situation a lot easier to manage. I highly recommend Dry Fast!
