Despite being extremely busy and working with my hectic schedule he came out on a Sunday to conduct an inspection. He jumped in to help immediately and saved us from suffering more extensive damage. No estimate was needed after that - he had the job! We had water in the mechanical room, under the stairs, and part of our living room. Once the leak the leaking was, we realized that some of the floor would need to be removed and the area dried out. Someone recommended Dry Fast, so I called them, and Andrew was at our house within a few hours. When he arrived, he tested all the affected areas and explained everything to me very well.
