I visited the clinic on Friday for my Endoret eyedrop treatment Felt faint during the drawing of blood and had to pause to recover. The doctors/staff/nurses were wonderfully accommodating and made me feel very comfortable during the process Best experience I have had for a medical visit, thankyou again!
Dr Cheryl diagnosed the issues and explained why my symptoms of dry eye over the past 7 months had felt so painful. She recommended 4 IPL treatments. After the first treatment my eyes no longer hurt and started to feel like mine again. COULD NOT BE MORE GRATEFUL.
I can’t speak more highly of the dry eye Institute, particularly Cheryl, who has gone above and beyond to help me at every opportunity. Cheryl has greatly improved my eyes and has been very empathic, patient and persistent in addressing my symptoms.
