we came by this location around 4 on wednesday (sign says they close at 5) to rent a penske truck to find nobody here. then we called multiple times and no one answered. then penske themselves returned our calls the following day and made the reservation for today, 10 AM. well here we are. doors locked. no one answering the phone. but the TV is on inside so that’s great! don’t even bother with this place. clearly they’ve either gone out of business or they’re not operating the front desk anymore and just raking in storage un... read more
