We had a couple issues we wanted addressed after they put up our ceiling this spring but have received no response after repeated inquiries. Biggest concern is poor design for discharge from one of the gutters. Water is discharged onto the platform of our stairs and then puddles around the post below (video attached). We also asked them to add a trim piece around one of the posts. Again, no response.

We are so happy with the work done by Dry Deck Ceilings KC on our patio. We love sitting down there but because of the open roof (which is the underside of our deck above), not only were we unable to sit there when it rains, it also allowed rain and debris to fall down onto the patio and furniture. The guys from Dry Deck Ceilings KC had it transformed in just a couple of days. What a difference! They were all hard workers and really nice guys who knew exactly what they were doing. We recommend this company 100%!

Al and his team did a great job on installing the ceiling and fans under our deck! It will make the space more usable and makes the patio look more like a living area. If you are looking for high-quality materials and skilled workmanship give them a call!
