I have to say I had a wonderful customer service experience at Dry Creek. They had installed my trailer hitch a while back and I needed help choosing a cargo carrier to add to my vehicle. Ann at Dry Creek took over doing research online as well as making many phone calls to different manufacturers to get me the right product for my car and my needs. We were looking for a cargo trailer and found one at Dry Creek. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable. The process was easy and fast. They even let us pick it up after hours. We will be going back to have a hitch installed on our Explorer. Thank you for having what we needed and making us feel like you have known us forever.
I had a very pleasant experience with dry creek. They installed a new trailer hitch on my 08 Jeep Liberty. Very nicely done and is rock solid. Very friendly family to do business with. I highly recommend them.
