I made a follow up appointment because I had been hospitalized with pneumonia. I made the appointment 2 weeks out. My appointment was at 1:15. I arrived at 1:01 and signed in. I was told to go to the “urgent care “ office to wait. At 2:01 I still was not seen so I went back in to the office and was told that someone would be there in a few minutes. Highly do not recommend this office. Like other reviews, wait time is horrible. Why schedule an appointment when you have to wait over 2 hours to be seen. This place does not care about your time. Does not even deserve one star.
It’s unfortunate that I’m here leaving a one‑star review after being a patient for over 20 years. While the wait times have always been long, I felt for many years that the care was worth it and the staff was friendly. I also spoke very highly of Dr. Morlan in the past. Amazing Doctors and Nurses. Atrocious wait times regardless of appointment. Everytime I call you're placed on hold or call drops. Overbooked is an understatement.
I have nothing but good things to say about DCMG. Dr. Morlan and Tony are empathetic, personable, and professional.
