I made a follow up appointment because I had been hospitalized with pneumonia. I made the appointment 2 weeks out. My appointment was at 1:15. I arrived at 1:01 and signed in. I was told to go to the “urgent care “ office to wait. At 2:01 I still was not seen so I went back in to the office and was told that someone would be there in a few minutes. The wait time was very reasonable. I’ve waited much longer at other medical offices, so a 30-minute wait was not an issue at all. What truly stood out was the exceptional care we received. The doctor was kind, compassionate, and never made us feel rushed. He took the time to listen carefully to every concern, answered our questions thoughtfully, and made sure we felt heard and understood. Seems to be a revolving door with nurse practitioners. Horrible with referrals and getting prescription refills. Extremely long waits. Last time was a two hour+ wait for a referral just to have Dr. Morlan tell me that I could of done that over the phone. Told her I did call and was told to make a appointment.I l'm done as is my husband.

Set an appointment 3 weeks out for new patient and had to ask for a co-pay refund. They ask you to come early and have all paperwork prefilled out which we arrived 15 min early all pw completed and waited over an hour and had not been called back for my appointment. Ask to get a refund and will be looking for another doctor. I could have saved my PTO time and came in later. Really bad customer service. Do not recommend!!!
