Dr. Morlan and her team provided me with phenomenal care. The medical assistant listened to my concerns, went over my mediation list, and provided me with the necessary education I’ve needed to hear out loud for me to finally quit smoking. I can confidently focus on my health goals for 2027 with a positive outlook.
Incompetent office staff..saw Dr. morlan in March and still waiting for the staff Jessica and Tay to submit the correct PA. Don't come if you want to wait this long for your prescription. Also when I told the Dr. The situation she said I need to be the one pushing the needle..so that tells you what kind of office this is.. don't waste your time or money because you HAVE to schedule an appt just to talk to anyone important
I made a follow up appointment because I had been hospitalized with pneumonia. I made the appointment 2 weeks out. My appointment was at 1:15. I arrived at 1:01 and signed in. I was told to go to the “urgent care “ office to wait. At 2:01 I still was not seen so I went back in to the office and was told that someone would be there in a few minutes. The wait time was very reasonable. I’ve waited much longer at other medical offices, so a 30-minute wait was not an issue at all. What truly stood out was the exceptional care we received. The doctor was kind, compassionate, and never made us feel rushed. He took the time to listen carefully to every concern, answered our questions thoughtfully, and made sure we felt heard and understood.
