We spent 90 minutes learning about bees and how they make honey and all the different flavors of honey that exist! The most interesting event…and we got to sample 8 different types of honey and try to guess what type of pollen it was made from. B’Ann couldn’t have been kinder or more informative!! I would highly recommend this session! Great for all ages!

We did a honey and mead tasting, which was such a fun and unique experience. They teach you about bees, the process of making honey, and the different kinds of honey. It was quite interesting and fun to try some of the varieties!

My wife and I did a honey tasting in Galena hosted by B'Anne. I left with a completely different perspective on bees and honey making. B'Anne was very informative and very friendly. I learned a tremendous amount about how honey is made, and how different flavor of profiles are established. It was truly a fantastic experience and would do it again!

Visiting Dry Creek Beekeeping was fun and educational from start to finish! Tasting the different types of honey showed the diverse types. Learning about the bees’ lifecycle was super interesting, and it gave me a whole new respect for these hardworking little creatures. The best part? Getting up close and personal with the hives and seeing the bees in action—it was both exciting and eye-opening! The team at Dry Creek Beekeeping was not only knowledgeable but also really passionate, making the whole experience a fun and info... read more
