Very disappointed. I was excited to have this service at my place of employment, as it is super convenient to just bring my stuff in to work, drop it off, and pick it up a week later. I was even fine with it taking a week or two, as it often did, I was just happy with the convenience. I quickly learned though that they don't always pick up on the days they promise. LOST PART OF MY WEDDING DRESS and then refused to give me my money back. The owner John told me that since my wedding dress was clean, I didn't deserve a refund even though they gave it back to me with missing pieces and in the wrong bag. It cost me over $110 to have it cleaned and all he offered me was a $40 credit on my account for the next time i used their services. My daughter took her wedding dress there to be cleaned before her wedding. The back of her dress was a corset lace-up. They lost the panel that goes underneath the corset. They didn't try to do anything to make it right - or even apologize. This place is a joke. Stay away.
