They shrunk a beautuful wool coat. The owner said he needed to try and fix it and when it came back, it was ready foir the trash - even worse than before. Owner never returned my calls and it took 6 weeks to get restitution. But I had to go through a triad and cussing out - The owner is nuts!

The worst service I have had anywhere. I walked in two months ago, asked if they did hats the guy told me yes. When I got my hat back it was clean and as flat as a pancake, and the guy thought it was fine to hand it back to me and charge me for the service. So I them asked them to fix it. The owner card me and told me he would fix it. That was two months ago and have not heard from them since. I took my nice expensive drapes to this company for dry cleaning. My drapes were dry clean only and had never been cleaned before. What I got back were drapes that were ten inches shorter and the lining hung below the drapes. I called the company and the young man at the desk said to bring them in so they could look at them so I did and sorry I took my time to do so.
