I had a very unprofessional and dissatisfying experience. I took two sports jackets in 2 weeks ago. One needed to be altered and one dry cleaned. I asked how long to alter. They said 3 days. They took the order and said one jacket would be done in 3 days and the alteration would be done in 10 days. A bit longer than the original 3 days but ok.
