I’m giving her 1 star because I cannot give a zero. If your winter jacket is expensive with fur and other fancy materials, please dont use this their service. They’re not cheap and would burn the fur and damage the other parts of your jacket/coat. I got 3 of my jackets that look so bad now because of their high temperature setting while drycleaning. The rubber lining is burnt and so is the fur.

I dropped off a dress and coat for the dry cleaners. They informed me coats cost $20 to dry clean and dresses $15-20. When my husband went to pick it up, my husband was charged over $100 and when he asked for a receipt. The owner rudely refused to provide my husband a receipt. I directly called the business to inquire about the incident. All the owner would say was my coat required special pricing but would not acknowledge that I should have been informed about pricing when I dropped off my items. I had two white shirt (long-sleeves). They perfectly removed the stains in a very timely manner! I would come back to them later
