The lining in my pants pockets kept ripping I went in and asked to have the pockets replaced, explaining that the fabric was too soft They said it would be $18 When I returned, he immediately explained that if I wanted the pockets replaced it would actually be $30. I said no thank you and asked for my pants. He then explained that they put some patches on the pockets. I said no thanks, that the fabric needed replacement. He insisted I pay him $18. Is customer service dead? This cleaner is especially rough on garments that have even a small percentage of spandex, which is pretty common in modern clothing. They lost a pair of pants of mine and instead of reimbursing me for them, they issued me $25 in store credit. I tried them one more time to use up the store credit. I dropped off a blouse to be cleaned and ask that they prespot for a stain.
