I should have known when they asked for payment when I dropped my comforter off to be cleaned before completing the job that there would be an issue. I explained to the lady working that I did not feel comfortable paying her before my comforter was cleaned, so she said I could pay when I pick it up. This morning at approximately 9am I walk into the cleaners to see my comforter sitting on top of other random clothing items. No bag, no hanger, no appearance of the comforter being cleaned. I’ve used Dry Clean Today since 2015. Helen is nice and remembers her customers. I’ve taken dress pants, shirts and occasionally whole suits. The only time I don’t use her is if I need it same day, but I prefer to use her as my clothes come out clean and pressed. The other same day place doesn’t press the clothes.

Horrible work, took a shirt and a kilt to be cleaned and pressed. Waited a week amd came back at 1pm day it was supposed to be ready. They were still balled up in a pile and I was told come back at 4:30. They closed at 5 and I couldn't get them that day. I came back and the quality was garbage. There was something melted into the kilt and it wasn't pressed at all. The shirt was sewn but I paid for it to be pressed and it looks like it was just recently pulled out of a dirty lau dry hamper.
