I come here a lot but the manager I just spoke to on 07/07/25 at 4:32pm needs better customer service training there is no reason to have attitude with me when I’m a paying customer
This place is absolutely horrible. Do not take anything you care about here. I trusted them to clean my wedding dress and it came back with stains not previously present. When I returned and asked them to retreat the stains they could not remove them and my dress is actually worse off because it has black stains ALL over the dress now. More of the dress was damaged as they happened to rip one of the pleats on the dress. I just went here and I do not come here often but I have always used the blue bag to service my coats after the winter because of the time I get off work. The owner of this establishment comes outside and tells me the bag costs him 5$ and he would not give me an after hours drop off bag due to the fact I am not a regular as he claims. I have had garments dropped off by numerous people in my family over the years and I never plan to use this place again.
