I had gotten an expensive shirt dry cleaned here, the color was orange but when I picked it up it was a pink color. They had gotten some purple stains on it and they said they tried to get it out but couldn't. They totally messed up the shirt that I just bought and has only been worn twice. I will never bring anymore clothes there again.
Drove from Waco for an unpleasant experience. The two young men at the front desk were unfriendly, wouldn't make eye contact or even greet me, their only customer at the time. The girl in charge wouldn't speak directly to me either, and all three were clearly in bad moods. Won't be going back- except to pick up my hopefully clean dress with no further attitudes.
