This place needs a major overhaul in the way that it is run. The cleaning service is like any other in the area. The alterations are never confirmed on a pickup date and each time you call when they are not in you get conflicting stories. It is a huge gamble to drop something off for alteration if you need it by a certian date as it will never be there when they say.
