Asked for heavy starch, got light starch, needed these shirts heavy for a wedding. I wonder how you even got valleys best with service like that.

I arrived at the Dry Clean Express #2 to pick up my suede jacket that I dropped off the previous week. I expressed that I needed to have it cleaned because the sleeve's were dirty. I was informed today, 9/13/2017, that my jacket arrived in-store a day early but was sent back for recleaning because I now have new stains in the front of my jacket. These people ruined a perfectly good jacket. It was new and can never be worn again. It was over processed and reeks of a chemical smell. It is no longer the same color and was not cleaned. I not only feel cheated, but I feel taken advantage of. Not only did it take an extra week to clean, I was insulted by their lack of empathy and unwillingness to admit any fault and refund the money that I paid in good faith. Please don't take leather or suede to this business! I will be filing a complaint with the BBB immediately.

Brought my 3 hats (2 fedoras and a trilby) in to be cleaned. They came back with big starch stains and a completely mishapen. They're trash now. Owner said I don't have to pay since I'm unhappy with the service. That still leaves me down 3 hats. Very unhappy with the service. The owners excuse was, "Hats are very hard to do." He added, "I won't be doing hats any more." I gave 2 stars because 2 of the 3 hats were actually clean. But, again, they're trash. Looks like they were wadded up and shoved in his pocket.
