Worst dry cleaner ever. Gave them several chances but shirts and collars come back like they were balled up in a corner for days. I will tell everyone I know at this horrible experience. IM DONE
Good luck when you have problems. The manager "Russia" is horrible and "Mark" who runs or owns the store is never there. Emailed the corporate office with no response and the phone number posted on their corporate site to "contact us" is disconnected as well. Won't be going back here EVER!!!
Dont EVEN do it. Go elsewhere. Destroyed valuable sports jerseys. Offered absolutely no compensation for THEIR errors. Just got an "oh well.. what am I supposed to do about it?" If you MUST dryclean, only take clothes that you don't care about. Take your valuables to a REAL cleaners... trust me.
Got to love a place that smiles and knows you by name every time you go in there. Low employee turnover means they know their stuff.
I've been going here for years and have had never had a problem until recently. The associate mis-counted my clothes and I didn't notice and I am now missing a pair of pants for over a week. I have been very displeased with the responsiveness and customer service to remedy the situation. That is, they don't answer the phone, they don't return calls to me, they promise to look into it and call me back and do not call back. Cheerful and helpful staff are always nice to work with. Cleaning has always been on-time. It would be nice if you offered $.99 laundry for shirts.
They are great, have never had a problem. Very friendly staff
I've been using Dryclean Depot for years and would highly recommend them. Prices are unbeatable and the service has been terrific. If you aren't completely satisfied, they will make sure you are at no additional cost.
