Absolutely the worst dry cleaning experience I've ever had – I brought a dress and a pair of white linen Ann Taylor pants to this dry cleaners to have them cleaned for a trip I was taking last week. Neither garment had any stains on them when I dropped them off, I simply wanted them freshened up for my trip. When I picked them up, both garments had been stained with BLUE DYE.
