Completely unprofessional and establishment and they do not stand behind their incompetent employees. I brought in my wedding dress to be steamed, the man who assisted me did not know the price of the item. I politely advised him it was a wedding dress with Tulle. He made a phone call where he was advised me of the price. I would love to give a higher rating, and love to change it in the future. Dry Clean City in Matthews ruined a pair of my dress pants ($150) and refused to do anything about it. They had me drop them off for the manager, and over 10x told me they'd call back, but she never did. I never got my pants back. I never got a phone call. I think her name is Nicole.I’m hoping this catches their attention so that this will be resolved amicably.
