I bought a house in 2015 that had 9 pier installed by this company with "37 year warranty" I am having some settling and wanted them to see if it was related to the work from them and if they would cover it. I got told they have some 90 day transfer policy to loop hole their way of standing behind their work cause they do a shit job. I have a friend that used them as well and the work they did was utter garbage. Shady companies have loopholes like this not quality companies that actually do good work and stand by their warra... read more
A very dishonest and unethical company. I hired them to keep water from coming in basement. Spent $15,700. Still water in basement. After the 3rd time and UNNECESSARILY tearing up the floor. Was told it would cost AN ADDITIONAL $7,114. I contacted another Company. Was told the job should have cost around $3,000. And the work performed by DRY BASEMENT was shoddy. I gave this other company $125.00 ($100.00 for actual work and a $25.00 tip) I went on vacation. Got home. While on vacation KC experienced massive amounts of rainfa... read more
Business response:
Mr. ******* & To Whom it May Concern: Dry Basement, Inc. stands behind all of the work it performed in accordance with the contract agreement written, agreed upon and signed by Mr. ******* and Dry Basement, Inc. A small leak correction was performed at NO CHARGE to Mr ******* after the original construction was completed. The leak and repair were in the area of the contracted work. Now a problem, beyond the contracted work area and hidden by walls, paneling, etc. has been discovered. Our contract agreement stipulates that th... read more
My wife and I obtained multiple proposals to lift our sunroom foundation and found Dry Basements to be the most professional. We were impressed by everyone involved in the project which is the main reason we selected Dry Basements. The workers were very nice and made sure the planted areas around the sunroom were protected. The lifting of the sunroom foundation was successful. Floor and wall cracks were closed and the exit door from the sunroom was no longer jammed shut. We would happily recommend Dry Basements to others sea... read more

We purchased our 1939 Fairway,KS home in 2012. The former owners had had the Dry Basement system installed throughout the basement and 2 crawl spaces several years before our purchase because of leaking stone basement walls, One of the main reasons we bought this house was because of the Dry Basement system that had been installed. This area of Kansas has a problem with leaky basements because of the clay soil and the settling that occurs over time with the stone walls. Over the last 5 years that we have owned the house the ... read more
I am a Dry Basement customer. I have lived in this house for 20, the first 12 or so being an absolute nightmare every time it rained.... each time the water came into the basement , not just from one spot, but from around the entire perimeter. I came home one time from being gone a week and there were 5 inches of standing water in the entire basement. The wall paneling, insulation, etc had to taken off the wall and the complete basement cleared out and dried. Everytime it rained, I dreaded what was going to happen. I had Dry... read more
