DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! Placed an order and almost 2 weeks later order still hasn’t been shipped.. also the contact number is no longer in service and the help email doesn’t respond. They did pull the funds from my account as soon as the order was placed. TOTAL SCAM DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM.
I ordered a prosthetic leg cover and was excited about going to pool and beach in a few weeks. It is hard to get on, doesn't fit, foot is made for Yeti or some other mythical creature. I'm just over 5 feet tall and this cover at least 6 inches too long. Very disappointed and lost $90. No instructions with packaging. This freaking sucks!!!!!!!!
I ordered the half arm cover when my son broke a bone the week before summer camp. When the order arrived there was a little mix up so I called customer service. They went above and beyond to immediately correct the order and overnight it to me so it would be here before my son left for camp. This is the nicest company I have done business with in a very long time! Thanks to their kindness our summer plans have been saved!
