Went from Harbour Landing for an ECG, took an hour to reach there. They do ECGs only by walk-in, only Wed and Fri from 9-11 a.m. and I reached there at 9:10 a.m. I was told they are full and can't take me in. Even after requesting I am coming from another end of city they refused and I left without it being done which takes only 5 minutes. No empathy, rude behavior. Patients time has no consideration or value.
The reception staff are absolutely the rudest I’ve ever encountered no people skills at all not sure if they are related to the dr but they should be let go especially the young man
