Our warehouse roller door had a run in with a forklift. DRWA were quick to come out and Aaron the technician had it reshaped and working as good as new within an hour.
Vlad provided excellent service. Quoted us for a new motor to replace our old manual chain system. This was installed within 2 weeks of quoting. Great workmanship, highly recommend the DRWA team!
Very happy with roller door installed yesterday.Running nice and smooth.
Rang and booked in a roller door repair to have the side track tape replaced as a piece had been damaged and torn off. Booked in, guys arrived on time and were working on the door, I asked the technician how easy it was to replace the tape... His answer is we don't replace the tape... So, now I am paying for a service without getting the job that was requested completed. I would not have gone ahead with job if that had been the case. The door service did make the doors run smoother however
