0 star rating. I bought a Chevrolet Impala that had a complete transmission overhaul by DRW Transmission. They charged a total of $2,600 to complete the work. Less than 8,000 miles later, the transmission is having problems going into reverse. When I brought it to their attention, they refused to repair the problem and could careless (obviously, they were already paid). A++ – I'm pretty picky when it comes to my car. I have been taking my VW GTI to DRW for over 5 years now. Over those years I have referred numerous people and they've become like family to me. Business response:
Mr Blue had issues after we fixed car. Not allowed to check the car in a manner to determine if the problems were related to our repair, the customer involved BAR and court sys. Both found in our favor. This person has been unreasonable, spiteful, and hateful towards our company. We have never taken back our sincere offer to help him out with his situation.
