The doctor and receptionist was incredibly dismissive when I called to ask a simple question about my insurance claim and tooth ache, and when I arrived for my appointment, he barely looked up from his phone to check me in
My appointment was scheduled for 2:00 PM. I arrived 15 minutes early as requested, but I wasn't called back until 2:45 PM. Then, I sat in the dentist's chair for another 20 minutes before anyone even came in to see me. I understand that emergencies happen, but no one at the front desk communicated that they were running behind. It felt very disrespectful of my time
