The worst medical office staff. Very rude, aggressive and unprofessional. The worst customer(patient) service I've ever seen. If there is a zero star rating I'd put it.
Dr. Joshi was absolutely amazing, took lots of care in explaining what was happening to me, what causes it, and what progression/regression can look like, as well as explaining the steps if my condition improves or worsens. He was also very gentle with explaining how to take the medication after I’d informed him I’d never taken a medication that way before. The pharmacy was also great, and timely.
