I contracted to do work with Kevin on 3 buildings, I paid him for half the work. He still has not completed 1 building, he says he underbid it and we will not call me back. I left voicemails at his office and on his cell phone multiple time no response. Very unprofessional. I would not recommend working with him in the future. P.S. I did a job for me in the past, no problems. Don't know what the issues is.
