They only have 2 elevators for 7 floors. That’s not enough. One of the elevators was not working. It took forever to wait to get a free elevator. I was only on the 2nd floor and didn’t mind taking the stairs but unfortunately my dog was afraid to walk down them and she is too heavy for me to carry. I would have booked elsewhere if I knew they had no elevators.
