Great great Brisket. So smokey and moist. 1 sandwich and I came out rolling. The family Bach of brisket sandwiches saved the day. Drinks are always cold and the sweet tea is perfect. They got some bacon wrapped jalapeño brisket stuffed wonders we all know them as Texas Twinkies idk if they call them the same here but geeeees they were delicious.

The food was great overall with generous portions on the 3-meat plate, and I also ordered an extra half of moist brisket. The sausage had good flavor, and while the chicken was just a little dry, the flavor on the outside was still good. The brisket had a nice bark and great flavor. The only reason I didn't give them 5 stars is that they were out of ribs—they opened at 11:00 and none were available at 12:30. Maybe they had a rush, but that was what I wanted to try.
