Buyer beware! The seller sold me an item that was out of stock. They didn’t let me know for 5 days that they didn’t have the item I paid for, while keeping my money. They then offered to let me wait an additional week to see if the item would be back in stock. Finally, I will not receive my refund for another 3-5 days. If they hadn’t kept my money while not communicating with me for nearly a week about the item being out of stock, I could have made other arrangements. Amazing dedication and instruction for students. Oh did I mention it’s also fun and somewhat addicting! Gotta have a drummers heart ❤️ for when it gets tough ! They made special arrangements in their schedule to fit mine and my daughters. If you are nervous they make it fun! Rick the owner and his staff have been fantastic so far! Thanks Guys for a wonderful experience and for being so patient with us!

We love Drums Etc!!! Amazing teachers, knowledgeable and helpful staff! We bought a drum kit Saturday! My daughter loves lessons and is developing a passion for drumming because of these guys! I highly recommend this Drums Etc. If they don’t have what you are looking for, they will help you get it.
They don't keep their website up to date and say things are in stock with a picture of the item in the store, than cancel the order without a phone call because it was never in stock and can't even be ordered. Than, their sales/customer support refuses to make it right by sending out the part of the order that they have, something comparable, or at the very least reimburse me the extra shipping to put in a separate order for the item(s) that I ordered originally.
