Can never get through on the phone.. a few of the drs don’t listen and are dismissive. Now to top it off, the repeat prescription mail box is full.
Absolutely shocking practise. It takes nearly 50 calls to get through in the morning and then to get to talk to reception who tells you to call back on a thursday at 2 if you want to try for an appointment. Or maybe a doctor or nurse will call you back but they never do. If you call on the Thursday all bookings are gone in minutes. My phone autodialled 100 times before it was answered and then to be told to call again the following Thursday. Its not good enough!
