I asked Ana multiple times while on the phone if they had a bay available to quickly check under my car for a noise. She said yes multiple times. When I got there, she gives me a MASSIVE, disgusting multi-second long eye roll and says that they can’t do it. I got into my first car accident and didn’t know how anything worked, but Drumond Autobody made everything super easy. I went through my insurance, and they helped me through the whole process. They explained everything clearly and were really patient with me. They even helped me get set up with a rental car.
