They kept pushing back the completion date. Every time I called, they added “just a couple more days.” What should’ve been a one-week job dragged on for nearly a month.
I had a great experience with this auto repair shop! The staff were professional, transparent, and very friendly. The repairs were done efficiently and at a fair price. My car runs like new now. They took the time to explain everything clearly and answered all my questions with patience. I’ll definitely come back for future services. Highly recommend!
The color match was completely off — the repaired panel is a different shade than the rest of the car. When I brought it up, they said it was “close enough.” Not acceptable for a professional shop.
