I booked six appointments for my daughter and half way through 3 were cancelled because the psychologist had decided to facilitate an 8 week course at the same time. She only works two days a week. These appointments were booked in several months out and I can’t change it to the other day. I’m now left with no option but to start with someone new. Very disappointed. It is an honest review. I called to book a specific psychologist. The receptionist can’t be bothered to explain that psychologist wasn’t available, instead, giving me another practitioner’s No to call. When I called back to confront her with the lie. The receptionist then started saying that’s how they operated when the picked psychologist wasn’t available. It sounds more like a scam to me.
I recently had my first session with Dr. Emily, and I must say, I was really impressed. From the moment I walked in, she created a welcoming and calm environment that made me feel at ease. She took the time to truly listen, asking insightful questions and demonstrating a genuine interest in understanding my concerns.
