It is an honest review. I called to book a specific psychologist. The receptionist can’t be bothered to explain that psychologist wasn’t available, instead, giving me another practitioner’s No to call. When I called back to confront her with the lie. The receptionist then started saying that’s how they operated when the picked psychologist wasn’t available. It sounds more like a scam to me.
I recently had my first session with Dr. Emily, and I must say, I was really impressed. From the moment I walked in, she created a welcoming and calm environment that made me feel at ease. She took the time to truly listen, asking insightful questions and demonstrating a genuine interest in understanding my concerns.
