No hot water for 2 days. Washing machine room used as a store facility. Windows not cleaned for over 1.5 years. Electronic gate entry to parking exit button never fixed. A mix of private residents, "serviced apartments" and longer term leases = lack of leadership and building maintenance. Water creates red stains within bathroom. Lack of sound proofing between floors. Lack of regard for tenants "not our problem" attitude with Aston apartments ownership. staff got stolen and apartment do nothing and not even care about it.

Mold on all walls in bathroom, bathroom fan doesn't work, and there was a red mark on the wall in the toilet that looked like blood? There was no kettle, an uncomfortable bed, only 2 hotplates on the stove work. When cleaners came in the took a pack of twisties, instead of the management just offering a replacement (cost $2) they argued with me!
